No more than 1,000 tickets will be sold for $20.00 per ticket. All tickets purchased will be entered into a drawing for the "Grand Prize". All remaining tickets will be entered into a drawing for the "2nd Prize". Winning tickets will be drawn at the "Bengals Bash" at "Jim & Jack's on the River". Winners need not be present to win.
Proceeds are for the benefit of the Cincinnati Syrian Shriners' Cincy Drifters and Desert Roadsters Shrine Club's activities. Payments are not deductible as charitable contributions.
Void where prohibited by law. If a winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen.
The "Grand Prize" will consist of two items; 1.) a half of a butchered and packaged cow and 2.) an $800.00 Lowes gift card. The packaged beef will be provided by "Buckeye Valley Beef Cooperative" and the Lowes gift card will be provided by a Shrine Unit representative. The winner will be responsible for collecting the beef portion of the Grand Prize from Ohio Valley Beef Cooperative. Any collection and/or delivery costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participants are not required to purchase a freezer with the Lowes gift card.
The "2nd Prize" must be collected by the winner who will be responsible for any shipping or delivery costs associated to collecting the prize.
The winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or in writing. Entry constitutes consent for the use of the name and image of the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, and there will be no prize substitutions. There will be no refunds for tickets purchased.
While the Cincinnati Shrine Units are dedicated to supporting the Shriner's Hospitals for Children, this fundraiser is for Unit operation and is therefor not tax deductible. Note, however, that 25% of the proceeds from raffle tickets sales will be donated to our hospitals and/or our Hospital Transportation Fund.
